The faucet in my kitchen sink is strangely thick, so even if I remove it, it won't fit. I drilled a hole and tied it with a cable tie, and it's pretty well secured. I'm not going to hang anything heavy on it anyway, just put a mop on it to let the water drain, so it doesn't really matter.
